Darfur Governor, Commander Minni Arko Minnawi, wrote on his Facebook page:

“I congratulate the great Sudanese people on the arrival of the

holy month of Ramadan, and I ask Allah to bring it back to them with security, peace, and stability.

I hope for the safe return of every displaced person to his home, and that the war ends soon and tranquility prevails throughout Sudan.”
