The NMSF inaugurates the solar energy project in the Northern State and restores the medical system.

The Northern State witnessed a prominent event represented in the rehabilitation of the buildings of the National Medical Supplies Fund branch and the launch of the solar energy project for warehouses, under the patronage and honor of the Federal Minister of Health, Prof. Haitham Mohamed Ibrahim, the Governor of the Northern State, Lieutenant General Abdulrahman Abdul Hamid, and Dr. Badr Al-Din Mohamed Ahmed, along with the Acting Minister of Health of the Northern State, Dr. Sati Hassan Sati.

The Federal Minister of Health confirmed that the war has cast a shadow on the country’s pharmaceutical supply system, but the efforts of those in charge of the Fund contributed to the restoration of services and the development of future plans, praising the Northern State Branch, which won the honor of excellence in the National Fund Forum, calling for continuity in work .

The governor of the northern state praised the efforts made by the fund, stressing that the goal is to provide integrated health services to citizens, with the need to train working cadres and develop a clear plan that ensures sustainability and achieves goals, emphasizing the importance of the will to work.

The representative of the National Fund, Executive Director Dr. Shakh El-Din, explained that a five-year strategy that started in 2025 is based on the availability of medicines, digitization, and adjusting storage specifications to maintain the safety of medicines at various temperatures, in addition to providing medicines at an appropriate value.

The Director of the Fund’s branch in the northern state, Dr. Hamdal Al-Nil Al-Baqer, expressed his happiness with the visit of the federal delegation, stressing the continuation of work and participation in the battle of dignity through reconstruction.
