Federal Minister of Health Oversees Arrangements for Opening of Bant Clinic in South Berber

Banat Medical Clinic in southern Berber, Berber Locality, is preparing to open this month.

Work on the clinic began in 2019 through community efforts and a contribution from the Berber Cement Factory as part of its social responsibility.

The opening ceremony will be attended by the Governor of River Nile State.

The Federal Ministry of Health delegation was received by the Head of the Administrative Committee, Abdul-Moneim Mustafa, the Coordinator of the Steering Committees in the South Berber area, Al-Sir Al-Khatim Al-Mahjoub, local dignitaries, youth, and members of the popular resistance.

During his visit to the clinic, Federal Minister of Health Professor Haitham Mohamed Ibrahim affirmed the Ministry’s commitment to completing the necessary requirements for its operation, noting that this will be done in coordination with the State Director General of Health, the Acting Minister, Dr. Majda Abdullah, ensuring the provision of comprehensive healthcare services for women and children in the region.
