Al-Burhan Receives “Pledge Document” from Ansar Entity

Head of the Transitional Sovereignty Council and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Abdul Fattah al-Burhan, received on Thursday a pledge document from the Ansar Entity, affirming the entity’s support for the Armed Forces in the “Battle of Dignity.”
This occurred during his meeting yesterday at his office with a delegation from the Ansar Entity, led by Mr. Ahmed al-Mahdi, who expressed in a press statement his happiness at returning to his homeland after a long absence imposed by the circumstances of the war.
Al-Mahdi explained that the meeting was to congratulate the leadership of the Armed Forces on the victories achieved in the “Battle of Dignity” and their pivotal role in securing the return of citizens to their homes after the defeat of the rebels.
Al-Mahdi stressed that Sudan will remain a nation resistant to all conspiracies targeting its security and stability, affirming the Ansar entity’s unwavering support for the armed forces in order to preserve the country’s sovereignty and territorial integrity.
