The vaccination campaign against measles and rubella in Khartoum State concludes

The Federal Chamber of Vaccination against Measles and Rubella in Khartoum State confirmed the conclusion of the campaign today, Saturday, in the six targeted localities, announcing coordination to recover the fallout in a number of schools and Riyadh for tomorrow, Sunday. It revealed that (1,298,583) boys and girls have been vaccinated within 5 days until yesterday, Friday, out of the total target of (1,836,351) boys and girls.
The Chamber held its meeting on Saturday at the General Administration of Basic Health Care Hall in the city of Kassala, reviewing the reports of the liaison officers related to the progress of the campaign, including the plans of the federal supervisors and their observations on the teams and home visits, geographical coverage, in addition to the observations of the state chambers, supply, side effects, and the detection of cases during the campaign, as well as the coverage.
