The commander of the 19th Infantry Division addresses the National Alignment rally

Major General Tariq Saud Ahmed Hassoun, Commander of the 19th Infantry Division, reiterated that the Armed Forces will remain the protectors of the Sudanese people, their resources, and their achievements.

Addressing a mass rally and solidarity meeting in support of the Armed Forces, organized by the Popular Resistance in Meroe locality on Saturday, he stated that the Sudanese people have embodied the timeless slogan “One Army, One People” in their actions. He commended the popular support for the Armed Forces, particularly the citizens of Meroe and the large crowds who came out to support the Armed Forces in the Battle of Dignity.
