Opening of Applications for Admission Vacancies in Non-Governmental Higher Education Institutions for the Academic Year 2024-2025

The General Directorate of Admission, Evaluation, and Documentation of Certificates announces the opening of applications for admission vacancies in non-governmental higher education institutions. Applications are for Sudanese students who have obtained the Sudanese Secondary Certificate for the year 2024 and previous years, as well as the Arab and Foreign Certificates for the years 2024, 2025, and previous years, starting from Wednesday, 24/12/2025, until Saturday, 10/1/2026, according to the following regulations:

1. Applications are made through the website of the General Directorate of Admission at the following address: www.admission.gov.sd
2. Admission requirements, available opportunities, and information on electronic payment methods can be viewed through the website above.
3- The application fee for the Sudanese certificate or its equivalent is 30,000 Sudanese pounds.
4- The application fee from abroad for the non-Sudanese secondary certificate is 200 USD.
5- Students applying for admission to Arab and foreign secondary certificates must upload a copy of the secondary certificate through the administration’s website after its approval from the Federal Ministry of Education, submit the original certificate, a copy of the certificate, and the application form to the General Directorate of Admission or the temporary admission offices in the states for conformity and return the original in time. In case of non-conformity, the student will lose his right to compete.
