“The country is built by the hands of its people,” so let us all be hands that build, not hands that destroy. “The homeland is calling… Let us heed the call and sow hope.”

“The country is our country, even if it takes a long time,” and “The stranger, no matter how long he stays, longs for his people.” Our popular proverbs summarize the meaning of belonging and returning to the homeland. The homeland is the land from which we grew and to which we return, no matter how far we are apart or how the circumstances divide us.

Return home… A meaning that transcends place.

Returning home is not just a geographical return, but a return to identity, memory, and roots that give a person the meaning of his existence. Expatriation may provide experiences, but it does not give the warmth of belonging or the nostalgia of the soil. Returning means reconnecting what has been cut off, and regaining our role in building our society.

Reconstruction… Collective Responsibility

Reconstruction is not just building stone upon stone; it is rebuilding man before place.

Infrastructure construction: roads, hospitals, schools, and everything that makes people’s lives easier. Reconstruction of Minds: Through education and training, because the renaissance begins with the conscious man.

Reconstruction of the National Spirit

To spread the values of cooperation, tolerance, and joint action.

The nation can only rise with the solidarity of all.

The Importance of Return and Reconstruction Together

Return means restoring the migratory human energies, which carry the expertise and experiences that the country needs. Reconstruction restores the homeland to its bright face and gives returnees a suitable environment to live and work. The combination of return and reconstruction creates a new cycle of life, where the citizen builds his homeland and finds in it security and dignity.

The homeland is the big bosom; no matter how far we are from it, we still carry its image in our hearts. Returning to it is a duty, and reconstruction is a responsibility, both of which are the path to a better future. As they say, “The country is built by the hands of its people,” so let us all be hands that build, not hands that destroy, so that the homeland remains a home that can accommodate everyone.
