Khartoum/The Citizen
At the invitation of the Commissioner for Humanitarian Aid for Khartoum State and international and local humanitarian organizations working in the state on ways of humanitarian intervention and providing assistance to the Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) in Al-Dabba, to ensure that the urgent needs of the affected people are met, the contribution of Khatwa Humanity Organization for the convoy heading to the northern state of Al-Dabba was handed over to the arrivals from El Fasher. The aid consists of heaters, sweaters, men’s and women’s clothes, and supplies of sugar, soap, and paste.
Panda John, President of Khatwa Humanity Organization, expressed her thanks and appreciation to the Secretary-General of the organization, Al-Sadiq Ismail Ali, and all the members of Khatwa, as well as to all those who added to this initiative the meaning of humanity. “Thank you to every step without sorting.”

Panda said that this initiative comes within the programs carried out by the Humanitarian and Voluntary Aid Commission in Khartoum State, with the cooperation of national and foreign organizations to help the people of El Fasher. The convoy includes a number of contributions from other organizations.
This humanitarian step comes in order to reach as many people as possible in Kordofan and Darfur states, which suffer from a significant shortage of aid compared to their needs.
