Effective Leadership in Emergency Situations Workshop Launched

The third training workshop, “Effective Leadership in Emergency Situations,” organized by the African Center for Governance, Peace, and Transition Studies (AcoCaps), commenced this morning at the Red Sea Police Headquarters. The workshop aims at enhancing the capabilities of administrative leaders within institutions.
The opening session was addressed by:
Dr. Mahmoud Zain Al-Abidine Mahmoud, Director General of AcoCaps, Dr. Fadl Mahmoud Fadl, President of the Sudanese Trainers Association
Both speakers emphasized the importance of developing leadership skills under exceptional circumstances and strengthening decision-making methodologies and resource management in emergencies. They stressed the vital role of training in enhancing institutional preparedness.
The two-day course features presentations by:
Professor Sir Al-Khatim Abdel-Rahim Tutu – Day 1
Professor of Administrative Development and Peacebuilding, and Secretary-General of the South Kordofan Reconstruction Fund
Dr. Mohi El-Din Naim Mohamed Saeed – Day 2
Expert in Administrative Development and Undersecretary of the Ministry of Energy and Petroleum
