The Expanded Program on Immunization EPI concluded, ,the training workshop in Kassala to digitize the basic plans and monthly reports of the program in the states, in cooperation with the Middle East Network for Community Health.

In the closing session, the representative of the Expanded Programme on Immunization (EPI), Mr. Nasser Jabara, stressed the progress of digitization, in light of everyone’s keenness to do so, noting the participation in person for 14 states, and then said that despite the war, the program succeeded in introducing new vaccines, appreciating the role of the network for its continuous support.

Mr. Mohamed Abbas, an expert from the Middle East Network for Community Health, praised the participants and their keenness to receive skills and enrich the workshop with discussion, calling on them to apply it on the ground.

The Director of the Routine Department at the program, Mr. Nader Hammad, said in a press statement that the workshop, which lasted for five days, targeted immunization managers in the states, in addition to routine officers, and information personnel, with the participation of the expert from the Middle East Network for Community Health, which aimed at digital transformation.
