Interior Minister Lays Foundation Stone for Several Police Projects in the Red Sea

Minister of Interior Lieutenant General ( Police) Babiker Samra Mustafa, affirmed the Ministry of Interior and the Police Forces Command’s commitment to developing and modernizing police work and creating an integrated police work environment that achieves security and stability and reduces crime.

This commitment also includes providing police services in the areas of traffic, passports, civil registry, and other fields. This came during his inspection visit today to Red Sea State, attended by Lieutenant General (Police) Abdel Moneim Fadl, Director General of the Police Forces; Major General (Police), Lt. Gen. Dafallah Taha, Director of the Red Sea State Police; and dignitaries from the Haya community.

During the visit, the Minister of Interior laid the foundation stone for the police rest house and the new Haya Police Station, which will be constructed to modern engineering specifications.

In the Tahmyam area, the Minister of Interior inspected the active forces, praising their sacrifices and great efforts in supporting stability in the locality.

The region’s representative expressed their appreciation for the efforts of the Ministry of Interior, the Police Forces Command, and the State Police in establishing security and safety, providing services to the region, and addressing numerous field challenges.

Meanwhile, in Sinkat Locality, Jebeit District, the Minister of Interior witnessed the laying of the foundation stone for the Jebeit Police Station, amid a warm welcome from the people of the region.
