Extension of the Electronic Application Period for Private Admission to Public Universities

The General Directorate of Admission, Evaluation, and Documentation of Certificates at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announced the extension of the electronic application period for admission at private expense to public universities and the admission of the children of employees for the students of the postponed Sudanese certificate for the year 2022-2023 until next Thursday, September 25.

The extension came in response to the administration’s desire to provide more opportunities for students and their families to complete the application process and to meet the desire of an estimated number of Arab and foreign certificate students to match their certificates.

The process of applying and electronic payment has continued in a good and normal way so far, as more than 15,000 students have completed the application procedures for special admission and the children of workers for the deferred batch of holders of the Sudanese secondary certificate for the year 2023 and 2022, in addition to holders of Arab and foreign certificates. This is a good indicator of the understanding of students and their families in the online application process.
The administration appealed to the students to expedite the completion of the procedures before the deadline for submission set on September 25, 2025.
