The Head of the Integrated Vector Control Section at the Federal Ministry of Health, Hamza Sami Al-Jak, confirmed the launch of the major campaign to combat disease vectors in Khartoum State starting Saturday, and will continue for three months, under the patronage of Undersecretary Dr. Haitham Mohamed Ibrahim, and with the support of the Ministry of Finance and National Economy, and under the slogan (Continuous Control for Stable Health).

Al-Jack said in a press statement today, that the campaign aims to combat the larval phase outside the houses, and inside them by home inspection, in addition to spraying the flying phase inside and outside the houses, noting that the defense industries system submitted a proposal to participate in the campaign by spraying with planes according to the set control plan and the appropriate timing for this during the meeting with the Undersecretary of the Ministry yesterday.
