PM, Higher Education and the Governor of Khartoum inspect the progress of the exams at Al-Nilein University

Prime Minister Kamel Idris expressed his happiness with the determination and resolve of the students to continue their studies and sit for the exams despite the difficult circumstances they are facing due to the repercussions of the Rapid Support Forces rebellion and the war in the country.

This came when he inspected the progress of the exams of the students of Al-Nilein University at the Faculty of Economic and Social Studies at the university’s headquarters in Khartoum, accompanied by Prof. Ahmed Mudawi Musa, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and Ahmed Osman Hamza, Governor of Khartoum State, the progress of the exams of the students of Al-Nilein University at the Faculty of Economic and Social Studies at the university’s headquarters in Khartoum.

This visit comes as part of his series of inspection visits to check on the conditions of citizens in general and students of higher education institutions in particular, to determine the readiness of these institutions from the gradual return to their headquarters in Khartoum State, within the framework of the state’s interest in the stability of the educational process in the country.

Prof. Ahmed Mudawi Musa, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, welcomed the Prime Minister, Prof. Kamel Idris, and presented him with a detailed report on the extent of the destruction of higher education institutions and the great efforts made by his ministry for the reconstruction and return of universities and colleges to their headquarters. He praised the administration, professors, and students of Al-Nilein University for their patience and effort until their efforts culminated in holding these exams. He also saluted the initiatives of the students that spread in the reconstruction of their universities and colleges.

The Rector of Al-Nilein University, Prof. Al-Hadi Adam, also welcomed the visit of the Prime Minister, the Minister of Higher Education, and the Governor of Khartoum, stressing that the university is continuing to perform its mission. He praised the efforts of the university’s employees and graduates for their continuous support of their university’s continuity and stability.
