Insect spraying campaigns begin

Sudan received a number of spraying aircraft on Sunday to prevent disease vectors and begin a comprehensive insect control campaign.
Recently, large numbers of insects have spread across Sudanese cities, especially mosquitoes that transmit malaria and dengue fever.
Sudan typically witnesses the breeding of large numbers of insects during the fall season, as ponds of water provide a suitable environment for the widespread of disease vectors.
