Ibrahim Jaber Pledges to Provide for Khartoum North Water Re-Pumping Station

The Higher Committee for Preparing Khartoum State for the Return of Citizens, headed by Sovereignty Council member Lieutenant General Engineer Ibrahim Jaber, attended by Khartoum State Governor Ahmed Osman Hamza, a member of the Higher Committee. They inspected the Khartoum North Water Re-Pumping Station and the level of water distribution to neighborhoods within the distribution circle, according to the map and schedule prepared for this purpose. The meeting was also attended by the Undersecretary of the Federal Ministry of Health, Dr. Haitham Mohamed Ibrahim, and the Executive Director of Bahri Locality, Abdel-Rahman Mohamed Abdel-Rahman.

The committee heard a report from the station manager, which addressed the problems hindering the comprehensive operation. The committee chairman promised to provide all operational requirements as soon as possible. The Higher Committee also toured a number of other service centers in Khartoum North and Khartoum localities, affirming that it will continue its intensive work until Khartoum returns to its desired state, achieving stability and enabling the return of citizens to the state.
