AcGaps Concludes office management and executive secretarial work training program

The African Center for Governance, Peace, and Transition Studies (AcoHaps) concluded the second training course on office management and executive secretarial work on August 16, in the training hall of the Sea Ports Authority.
Trainers from ministries, government institutions, and banks participated in the training course.
The course content was presented by Professor Sirr El Khatim Abdel Rahim Tutu, Professor of Administrative Development and Peacebuilding at Universities and an expert at the AcoGaps, and Dr. Badr El Din Ahmed Abdullah, Director of the Ministerial Executive Office of the Federal Ministry of Finance.
Dr. Mahmoud Zein El Abidine, Director General of the AcoGaps stated that the event falls within the center’s efforts to support good governance and institutional development by enhancing professional skills and improving office performance, contributing to the highest levels of efficiency, organization, coordination, and confidence in the work environment.
The closing session was attended by Ms. Awadiya Mahmoud, Director of the Training Department at the Seaports Authority, Mr. Ismail Al-Sharif, Director of the Media and Protocol Department at the Ministry of Finance, Dr. Taj El-Din Banqa, Legal and Political Affairs Expert at the African Center, and a number of experts and employees of the Ports Authority and the AcoGaps.
