The Minister of Human Resources and Social Welfare begins his duties with the 100-day health insurance plan

The Minister of Human Resources and Social Welfare, Mutassim Ahmed Saleh, will begin his practical tasks by implementing the “One Hundred Days” plan, starting with a visit to the National Health Insurance Fund tomorrow (Wednesday).
The Minister of Human Resources and Social Welfare, after taking the oath and meeting with Prime Minister Dr. Kamel Idris, announced that his ministry has begun implementing the (100 days) plan of field work to achieve justice and social protection.
During his visit to the presidency of the National Health Insurance Fund, the Minister will review the performance of the Fund in the first half of the current year 2025 and stand on the field of the units affiliated to the Ministry, foremost of which is health insurance.
He pointed out that the wars have made people in dire need of health insurance and social protection services, especially since health insurance covers 85% of Sudan’s population.
