The Minister of Higher Education praises the performance of the National Students Welfare Fund

The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Prof. Mohamed Hassan Dahab, praised the great role played by the administration of the National Students Welfare Fund in Khartoum State.
The National Students Welfare Fund in Khartoum State and its contribution to the rehabilitation of a number of facilities in the state were highlighted during his visit to several student housing internships in Khartoum State, where he met with Dr. Mohamed Kamal, Secretary General of the National Students Welfare Fund, and a number of secretaries.
The minister also praised the employees of the Fund and the sacrifices they make, stressing that the reconstruction phase needs concerted efforts. He valued the efforts of the Wali of Khartoum State and his assistants in enabling the University Security Police to play their role, especially after the announcement of the cleansing of Khartoum State from the defilement of the rebel Rapid Support militias. He explained that the stability of the educational process and students is a national duty that requires everyone to exert more effort despite the exceptional circumstances that the country is going through.
Professor Dahab praised the Fund’s efforts to reconstruct its facilities and interiors in Khartoum State after many universities resumed studies and exams.
The Secretary General of the National Students Welfare Fund in Khartoum State, Dr. Mohamed Kamal, expressed his great happiness for the minister’s visit to Khartoum State, which comes as part of his inspection visits to higher education institutions, to find out about them in the field, stressing that the management of the National Students Welfare Fund in Khartoum State represents a basic base in the Fund’s work, as it embraces most governmental, private and private higher education institutions, adding that the reconstruction of interiors represents a challenge according to the strategic plan prepared by the Fund’s employees.
