Sovereignty Council Member Salma Abdul Jabbar Praises Saudi Arabia’s Supportive Positions for Sudan

Sovereignty Council Member Salma Abdul Jabbar Al-Mubarak praised the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s supportive stance towards Sudan and its people, including the provision of humanitarian aid and essential needs, as well as its firm stance on issues related to Sudan’s peace and security.
During a meeting with the Saudi Ambassador to Sudan, Ali bin Hassan Jaafar, at her office in Port Sudan today, Her Excellency extended her greetings to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz, and his Crown Prince, Prince Mohammed bin Salman. She emphasized the depth of bilateral relations between the two countries and the importance of working to strengthen them and advance them to broader horizons.
For his part, the Saudi Ambassador congratulated the Sovereignty Council member on the occasion of Eid al-Adha and the confidence she received in being appointed a member of the Transitional Sovereignty Council.
His Excellency explained that the meeting discussed ways to enhance cooperation between the two countries to serve the interests of the two brotherly peoples.
