SAF Announce the Crushing of RSF Attack on Babanusa

The Sudanese Armed Forces (SAF) announced that it had crushed a major attack by the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) on the city of Babanusa in West Kordofan State.

Sudanese Army Spokesperson Brigadier General Nabil Abdullah said in a statement published (Friday) on the Sudanese Armed Forces’ Facebook page: “Our forces in the 22nd Division in Babanusa crushed a major attack for which the RSF militia had been mobilizing its mercenaries and equipment for some time.”

He added, “Babanusa will remain steadfast and resilient, God willing, and will be a graveyard for them and for what they gather.”
