Prime Minister Praises the Role of the GIS in Protecting the Country

Prime Minister Dr. Kamil Idris praised the roles played by the General Intelligence Service (GIS) in protecting the country, alongside the armed forces and supporting forces, and in defending the state’s sovereignty against security threats at all levels.
He commended the GISs’s contribution to the Dignity War.

This came during his visit today to the headquarters of the GIS in the Red Sea State, accompanied by the state governor, Lieutenant General Mustafa Mohamed Nour, to review the security situation in the state.

The Prime Minister congratulated the GIS on the occasion of Eid al-Adha.
He called for strengthening the state’s overall efforts to complete the Dignity War, achieve a decisive victory, and defeat the rebel Rapid Support Forces militia.
