Nile Valley University Vice-Chancellor Inspects the First Electronic Exam as Part of the “Paperless University” Project

In a historic step towards digital transformation, Nile Valley University today held its first electronic exam via the e-learning platform (Moodle).
This exam is part of the “Paperless University” project launched by the university’s Information Technology Center.
The exams were held in Jarash Hall for nursing diploma students at the College of Medicine and Health Sciences, with the students and faculty members fully satisfied.
The university Vice-Chancellor, Professor Hassan Al-Hajj Al-Sa’im, visited the hall to check on the progress of the process.
He praised the efforts of the Information Technology Center, directing the preparation of evaluation reports on the level of student satisfaction and submitted them to the university administration.
The two exams were conducted today by the Information Technology Center team, and the experiment is scheduled to continue with additional sessions to be held in the same hall next Thursday.
For his part, Dr. Hassan Abdullah, Dean of the College of Medicine and Health Sciences, expressed his happiness with the experiment, noting that it represents a qualitative shift that contributes to reducing effort, time, and cost. Dr. Muhammad Ali Badawi, Director of the Information Technology Center, also praised the team, confirming that the experiment will be expanded to other colleges across the university.
A number of students expressed their complete satisfaction with the exam method, noting that the experience was easier than they expected and facilitated their exam preparation.
