Interior Minister meets the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to Sudan

Lieutenant General of Police Khalil Pasha Sayreen, Minister of Interior, met in his office today with Ali bin Hassan bin Jaafar, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to Sudan.
In a press statement, bin Jaafar said that the meeting discussed ways to develop relations and strengthen the long-standing, solid ties that unite the two countries.
The meeting also discussed prospects for cooperation and ways to strengthen coordination between the two countries’ Ministries of Interior in the areas of training and the exchange of expertise and experiences, to achieve the common security interests of the two brotherly countries in various areas of security and police work. His Excellency praised the great efforts that the Ministry of Interior has continued to undertake in securing the Saudi Embassy and other diplomatic missions of sisterly and friendly countries in Sudan, providing them with security and stability and providing an appropriate climate for them to carry out their duties and facilitate their diplomatic tasks through integrated security plans that have continued to receive praise and appreciation from all missions.
He emphasized that the meeting represents the beginning of greater cooperation between the two sides in various areas of police work, which consolidates the values ​​of cooperation and strengthens bonds. The friendship and brotherhood that unites Sudan and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia increases the strength and solidity of the relationship that connects the two brotherly peoples.
