IGAD Executive Secretary Congratulats the newly appointed Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Djibouti and Chair of the IGAD Council of Ministers

The Executive Secretary of IGAD, Dr. workneh Gebeyehu congratulated with the newly appointed Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Djibouti and Chair of the IGAD Council of Ministers, H.E. Abdoulkader Houssein on assuming his duties.
