Federal Minister of Health Meets the Governor of Gezira State

The Federal Minister of Health, Dr. Haitham Mohamed Ibrahim, met with the Governor of Gezira State, Taher Ibrahim, where the Minister affirmed his support for the state by implementing the requirements of his recent visit, praising the Wali’s interest and diligent follow-up on the health file.

The Governor of Gezira State expressed his appreciation for the role of the Federal Ministry of Health in providing medical devices and equipment and ensuring a continuous drug supply, stressing the state’s need for ongoing support, especially in light of the reconstruction phase following the damage caused as a result of the war.

The Governor pointed to the intensive efforts made by his government in coordination with the Federal Ministry of Health, highlighting the preventive measures taken to prevent the spread of epidemics, and stressing the need for concerted efforts to ensure the stability of the health situation in the state.
