Khartoum Governor discusses with Minister of Transport the arrangements for normalizing life in the state.

The Governor of Khartoum, Ahmed Osman Hamza, met today at the headquarters of the state government secretariat with the Minister of Transport, Engineer Abu Bakr Abu Al-Qasim, and his accompanying delegation.
This was part of the minister’s two-day visit to Khartoum State.
The Governor of Khartoum said that the signs of victory have begun to appear with the return of normal life and the return of citizens to their homes.
The Governor of Khartoum praised the visit of the Minister of Transport and his accompanying delegation, stressing that the state is working hard to return all institutions to their headquarters, which will contribute to providing services to all citizens. The Minister of Transport expressed his appreciation for the efforts made by Khartoum State, which continued to face the challenge of the rebel militia until it was defeated.
The Minister added that the coming period will witness arrangements for the return of citizens from inside and outside Sudan to their homes, as the ministry is working to provide means of transportation to facilitate their voluntary return to their homes.
He said that his visit comes to assess the extent of the damage suffered by transportation units so that a report can be submitted and maintenance can be carried out. The Governor of Khartoum He provided a comprehensive briefing to the Minister and the delegation members on Khartoum State’s efforts to achieve community peace after the defeat of the militia, as well as the normalization of life and the return of citizens to their homes.
