Expectations of Postponing the Sudanese Certificate Examination

Minister of Education in River Nile State, Ahmed Hamid Yassin, told the Al-Muhaqqiq news website that the administration responsible for the 2023 Sudanese Certificate Examinations is still collecting and recording the results. Yassin expects the Sudanese Certificate Examinations to be announced at the end of this month once the results are completed.
In the same context, the Minister stated that preparations and arrangements for the postponed second round of the 2025 Certificate Examinations, undertaken by the Federal Ministry of Education in coordination with the State Ministry of Education and other parties, are proceeding at full speed. The Minister did not rule out postponing the exam date to next June.
In mid-December of last year, the city of Atbara hosted the “Sudanese Certificate Examination Control” for the year 2023 AD, where more than 40,000 male and female students from within the state sat for the certificate exam, and 21,000 male and female students from outside it, in addition to a number of external centers for students from Sudanese communities in some countries.
