Commander of the 6th Infantry Division: Lifting the Siege on El Fasher Soon

The Commander of the 6th Infantry Division, Major General Mohamed Ahmed El Khidir, said that the people of El Fasher, North Darfur State, were and continue to be one of the reasons for the victories, despite the intense artillery bombardment and the Rapid Support Forces’ siege of the city in an attempt to break the will of its people.
He added that the Rapid Support Forces are now in their final throes and promised to lift the siege of El Fasher soon.
He also called on everyone not to pay attention to malicious rumors, noting that victory is looming on the horizon.
