Al-Burhan Meets with New Sudanese Justice and Equality Movement Delegation

Lt. Gen. Abdul Fattah Al-Burhan, Head of the Transitional Sovereignty Council and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, met today with a delegation from the new Sudanese Justice and Equality Movement, led by Engineer Mansour Arbab Younis.
This comes as part of the support for the battle for national dignity.
In a press statement, Engineer Mansour said that the movement’s position of siding with the armed forces is dictated by the necessities of the current situation, which requires alignment behind the army to defeat and eliminate the brutal rebellion.
He added that the battle for dignity is a fateful battle for Sudan, requiring the solidarity and cooperation of all citizens.
Arbab added that standing with the armed forces is necessary to maintain security and peace, protect the borders, and defend Sudan’s sovereignty and territorial integrity.
He praised the sacrifices made by the armed forces, its supporting forces, and the popular resistance for the sake of the dignity and honor of the Sudanese people.
