Southerners vow decisive against RSF militia

Videos on social media showed unprecedentedly large crowds in Upper Nile State, South Sudan.

The crowds denounced the killing of a number of Upper Nile residents by the Rapid Support Forces militia yesterday, threatening the militia with a decisive response.

The fleeing militia elements, after being defeated in the areas of Al-Turus, Al-Dali, and Al-Mazmum, entered southern territory and attacked army forces in South Sudan, killing dozens, including a brigadier general.
