Mubarak Qasmallah Institute for Research and Training Signs Memorandum of Understanding with AcoGaps

As part of its commitment to training, capacity building, and research, Mubarak Qasmallah Institute for Research and Training, the training arm of the Islamic Call Organization (ICDO), signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the African Center for Governance, Peace, and Transition Studies (AcoGaps).
The memorandum stipulates the exchange of expertise in organizing and implementing training courses, forums, international conferences, workshops, consultative meetings, capacity building, and other activities related to training issues.

It also stipulates cooperation in conducting research, studies, and working papers, exchanging knowledge sources on issues of common interest, raising awareness of the importance of training in the development and stability of society, and preparing trainers and specialists and enhancing their competencies by equipping them with skills and knowledge.

The agreement was signed on behalf of the institute by Dr. Gad El-Sayed Rabah Gad El-Sayed, and on behalf of AcoGaps by Dr. Mahmoud Zein El-Abidine Mahmoud, Director-General of the Center, in the presence of the Secretary-General of the Islamic Call Organization, Dr. Ahmed Mohamed Adam, and the organization’s executive leadership in Port Sudan.
