Grant from King Salman for Dialysis Consumables at a Cost of $5 Million

The first installments of King Salman’s Humanitarian Relief and Aid Grant for dialysis patients were launched in Port Sudan, Red Sea State. The project is being implemented through the World Health Organization.
The Minister of Health expressed his happiness at receiving the Saudi grant, which is worth $5 million and will cover the needs of kidney centers for six months.
Dr. Shabl Sahabany, Director of the World Health Organization’s Sudan office, highlighted the importance of this grant in providing essential medical supplies and improving the lives of dialysis patients in Sudan.
