Director of Khartoum State Police inspects the Ministry of Interior and Police Headquarters buildings in central Khartoum after their liberation from the rebel militias

Following the recent advances achieved by the armed forces and their supporting regular forces, the victories achieved in the Al-Muqran area and central Khartoum, and the expansion of liberated areas on the ground, Lieutenant General of Police, Amir Abdel Moneim Fadl, Director of Khartoum State Police, visited the Ministry of Interior and Police Headquarters buildings after they were liberated from the presence of the terrorist rebel militias.
He was accompanied by Police Major General Abdul Karim Hamdo, Director of the Criminal Department, and Police Major General Mohamed Salman Merv, Director of the Public Affairs Department. He praised the major victories achieved by the armed forces and their recapture of vital and important sites in Khartoum that had been under the control of the rebel forces.
He added that the opening of the forces in central Khartoum represents a crucial step in breaking the back of the rebellion and uprooting its roots throughout the state, pointing to the approaching victory, the signs of which are looming on the horizon throughout the country. He emphasized the readiness of the police forces to face the challenges of the next phase, and to carry out its security, legal, and service duties, extending the state’s prestige and the rule of law so that the state’s citizens can enjoy security and stability.
Follow-ups from the Police Press Office indicate that the State Police Director has directed the deployment of security forces at police headquarters in central Khartoum.
