Arrangements to launch the first Karama Festival for Student Creativity complete

Minister of Higher Education and Research , Prof. Mohamed Hassan Dahab, praised the ongoing arrangements and preparations for the launch of the first Karama Festival for Student Creativity, which will be launched in one of the safe states, stressing the importance of the festival in enhancing the ability of university students and showing their talent.

This came during his meeting in his temporary office in Port Sudan with Dr. Ahmed Hamza, Secretary-General of the National Fund for Student Welfare and his accompanying delegation, in the presence of Dr. Osman Manofal, Director of the Ministerial Executive Office, and Professor Dahab stressed that higher education institutions play a major role in enabling students to practice their various activities.

Professor Dahab said that the festival is an opportunity to improve the social fabric of the people of Sudan by meeting students from all states of the country carrying the message of peace and peaceful coexistence among all its components, and addressing many of the negative phenomena produced by the war.

For his part, Dr. Ahmed Hamza stressed that the first Karama Festival for Student Creativity represents a mini-Sudan in which all tribes and clans from different states are fused and works to unify the social fabric
