The Sudanese American Physicians (SAPA) Comunity Services Office announced the deployment of specialized medical mission to Sudan from February 15-20, 2025 .The delegation will conduct medical treatment and training activities in Khartoum, Bahri , Port Sudan , Gadarif , Madani and Omduman aiming to bridge the critical gaps in heathcare delivery by inhancing the skills and knowledge of medical professionals in essential specialties. The mission also aims to strengthen Sudan’s healthcare system and improve patient care outcomes by developing skills and capacities in medical specialties.
Following the war in Sudan, the Sudanese American Physicians Association (SAPA) has played a vital role in rebuilding and transforming lives. With a committed team of doctors and healthcare professionals, SAPA has tirelessly worked to enhance healthcare access, deliver medical aid, and foster community resilience. Their efforts have significantly impacted the region, bringing about positive changes and improving the lives of many in Sudan.
