Jaber reviews the indicative plan for the summer agricultural season

Member of the Sovereignty Council, Lieutenant-General Ibrahim Jaber Ibrahim, was informed of the preparations of the Ministries of Agriculture and Irrigation for the summer agricultural season, and the indicative plan for the success of the agricultural season, especially the Gezira Scheme, which the rebel militia deliberately destroyed, as part of its plan to destroy the capabilities of the Sudanese people.
He emphasized, during his meeting with the Minister of Agriculture and Irrigation and the Governor of the Gezira Scheme, the importance of coordination with all government agencies, especially the Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning, and the relevant authorities, to make the season successful and refute the rumor of a famine in Sudan.
For his part, the Minister of Agriculture and Forestry, Engineer Abu Bakr Omar Al-Bushra, explained that the meeting discussed a number of important issues, especially preparations for the upcoming summer season, noting that the indicative plan for this season was drawn up early.
