Al-Burhan meets a delegation of Chiefs of eastern Sudan tribes

Head of the Transitional Sovereignty Council, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Abdul Fattah Al-Burhan met today with a delegation chieftians of eastern Sudan tribes, in the presence of the Governor of the Red Sea State, Lieutenant General Mustafa Mohamed Nour. The meeting discussed the overall situation in the country and efforts to unify the national ranks to support national issues and support the armed forces as they fight the battle of dignity and pride to defeat the rebel terrorist militia.
The Chief of the Hadandawa, Mohamed Al-Amin Tirik, said in a press statement, “The Head of the Sovereignty Council informed us of the document of the Chiefs of eastern Sudan tribes, which emphasizes the unity of the eastern tribes to support and strengthen national unity.
He indicated that the delegation congratulated the Head of the Sovereignty Council, Commander-in-Chief, on the victories achieved by the armed force, other regular forces and mobilized forces in all axes of military operations.
He said, “We affirmed our firm and supportive position for the armed forces to preserve the sovereignty, unity and stability of Sudan.”
For his part, Honorable Mutawakil Hassan Dakin the General Secretary of the Bawadra Tribes in Gedaref State said, “The meeting discussed the document proposed by the leaders of the civil administration and all components in eastern Sudan to unify the national ranks.”
The General Secretary of the Bawadra Tribes praised the Sudanese people’s support for the armed forces, praising the victories achieved in the battlefields, expressing his hope that security, stability and peace would be achieved in Sudan.
