AcoGaps organises: specialized course in office management and executive secretarial

Renowned environmental expert, former Minister of Environment and Chairman of the Global Governing Office for the Environment,
Professor Hassan Abdel Qader Hilal, praised the great effort made
the African Center for Governance, Peace and Transition Studies (AcoGaps)

This came in his address to the opening session of the Executive Secretariat and Office Management Course, which was launched in the Martyrs Hall at the Ports Authority in Port Sudan, organized by AcoGaps.

Hilal emphasized the importance of governance in work to govern the management of institutions to play a major role in achieving institutional success.

He called for the necessity of governing government institutions in functional performance by controlling the environment.
In his speech, he called on the participants in the training course to apply the skills they acquired in their field of work.

He stressed the importance of the role of the executive secretarial and management in achieving the higher goals of institutions.

For his part, Dr. Fadl Mahmoud Fadl, Director General of Human Resources – Oil Sector, stressed that effective management is what ensures the achievement of the strategic goals of institutions, contributes to enhancing efficiency and productivity, and improving the quality of services provided.
He also stressed the importance of building qualified work teams and providing a stimulating work environment for creativity and innovation.

The training program aims at enhancing the participants’ ability to deliver their message effectively and powerfully, especially in light of the current circumstances in Sudan, which require double efforts to confront the media war targeting the country.

In this context, Dr. Mahmoud Zein El Abidine, Director General of the AcoGaps, stressed the importance of this workshop in building the capacities of individuals and institutions, adding that this course aims to build the capacities of participants and enable them to perform their tasks with high efficiency.
The course seeks to provide participants with the practical skills necessary to develop the professional personality of participants, enhance their skills in dealing with others, making decisions, and solving problems, which contributes to their professional advancement and their effective contribution to building strong and effective institutions.
