Under the supervision of the General Intelligence Service: A group of Rapid Support Forces defected and joined their government forces In a security operation

Supervised by the General Intelligence Service in Gezira State, a large group of elements of the rebel Rapid Support Forces militia announced their defection and joining the Sudanese government forces.
A security source in the state reported that contacts with these elements continued for about three months, with the first handover operations starting today, amid expectations that more groups will join soon.
The source indicated that the defected force is led by Al-Aghbash Muhammad Al-Hassan, and includes 60 individuals, in addition to 6 combat vehicles, 4 Dushka machine guns, 5 Qarnof machine guns, in addition to a large number of RPG and Kalashnikov weapons.
