The National Malaria Control Program holds its annual review meeting

The National Malaria Control Program at the Federal Ministry of Health will hold from January 14-16 in Kassala State , the annual review meeting of the program for the year 2024.

The monitoring, follow-up and evaluation officer at the program, the coordinator of the meeting, Khaled Ahmed Al-Bashir, said in a press statement that the general objective of the meeting is to review and evaluate the annual performance of the program and planning for the year 2025, pointing out that the detailed objectives include discussing the interventions implemented last year at the federal and state levels, sharing lessons learned and enhancing communication between states, as well as emphasizing the key role of information in malaria control, as well as discussing the priorities of the 2025 plan.
