Public Prosecution issues a publication announcement against 15 fugitive defendants

National Committee for the Investigation of Crimes and Violations of National Law and International Humanitarian Law issued a publication announcement for (15) fugitive defendants.

In accordance with Article (78) of the Criminal Procedures Law of 1991 and based on criminal case No. (10/5010) for the year / 2023 Article / 192/191/190/189/188/187/186/182/175/163/157/63/57/51/50/21 of
the Criminal Law of 1991 and Articles 7/6/5 of the Anti-Terrorism Law of 2001.

The Public Prosecution demanded that the defendants surrender themselves to the nearest police station
within a period not exceeding one week from the date of publication of this announcement.
The following are the names of the fugitive defendants in the report (10/5010)
