Al-Burhan Heads to Mali

Head of the Sudanese Sovereignty Council, 1st. Lieutenant General Abdul Fattah Al-Burhan, headed to the Republic of Mali on an official visit.

During the visit, Al-Burhan will hold talks with President Assimi Goita on the path of bilateral relations and ways to advance and enhance cooperation between the two countries, as well as issues of common interest.

He was seen off at Port Sudan International Airport by Member of the Transitional Sovereignty Council, Mr. Salah El-Din Adam Rasas, Lieutenant General Mohamed El-Gali Ali Youssef, Secretary-General of the Sovereignty Council, and a number of ministers.

He is accompanied during the visit by the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Hussein Al-Amin, the Director-General of the General Intelligence Service, Lieutenant General Ahmed Ibrahim Mufaddal, and the Director-General of the Defense Industries System, Lieutenant General Mirghani Idris Suleiman.
