Sovereignty Council looks at the performance of the Ministry of Irrigation and Water Resources

Member of the Sovereignty Council Salahuddin Adam Tor was briefed on the performance of the Ministry of Irrigation and Water Resources, and future plans, programs and projects for the development of the water resources sector.
This came during his meeting yesterday with the Minister of Irrigation and Water Resources, Engineer Dawalbeit Abdul Rahman, who briefed the Member of Sovereignty Council on the projects implemented by the Ministry, along with the obstacles and challenges facing the performance of the Ministry’s workflow.
He noted that the meeting investigated the situation in the Jabal Aulia reservoir besides the Gadarif water projects funded by the Ministry of Oil, Energy and Minerals.
