Jaber inaugurates humanitarian and health emergency response projects

Member of the Sovereignty Council, Assistant Commander-in-Chief, Lieutenant General Engineer Ibrahim Jaber Ibrahim, praised the positions of the Emir of the State of Kuwait, Sheikh Mishaal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, and the Kuwaiti people in support of the Sudanese people before and during the war, especially the air bridges that they operated to support those affected by the war and needy families, especially in areas of displacement and asylum in safe states.

His Excellency stressed, during his inauguration this morning at the Coral Hotel, the humanitarian and health emergency response projects under the slogan “Kuwait by your side” under the patronage of the Minister of Health, Dr. Haitham Muhammad Ibrahim, and the Ambassador of the State of Kuwait to Sudan, Dr. Fahd Al-Dhafiri, that this initiative comes to strengthen the bonds of love and advanced relations between the brothers in the two countries, pointing to the many hospitals bearing the name of the State of Kuwait and spread across most of the states of Sudan.

It is worth noting that the humanitarian and health emergency response project was supervised and implemented by the Kuwait Patients Aid Fund, Sudan Office, in partnership with the Kuwait Aid Society, Sudan Office, to combat disease vectors, ensure the safety of drinking water, and support mobile field clinics in the states of Kassala, Gedaref, Sennar, Al-Jazeera, North Kordofan, River Nile and the Red Sea State.
