Jaber discusses ways to deliver humanitarian aid and medicines to North Darfur

Member of the Transitional Sovereignty Council, Assistant Commander-in-Chief of the Sudanese vArmed Forces, 1st. Lt. Gen. Engineer Advisor Ibrahim Jaber Ali, stressed the need for the flow of humanitarian aid and the provision of services to areas affected by the war, represented by medicines, food and clothing.
This came when he chaired the meeting of the Popular Committee to Support and Develop the Health Sector in North Darfur State, in the presence of Ms. Salwa Adam Baniya, Commissioner for Humanitarian Aid, Dr. Saleh Adam Ishaq, Acting Chairman of the Committee, and the members of the Committee.
The meeting discussed how to bring medicine, in addition to transporting it, how to store it, and ways to deliver it to the targeted areas, represented by Al-Daba in the Northern State, the city of Al-Fasher, and Al-Qadarif State.
On the same level, the meeting discussed how to transport food and humanitarian aid provided by the Red Crescent and the Red Cross to areas affected by the Dignity War in both Al-Daba in the Northern State and North Darfur State.
The meeting stressed the need to coordinate all issues of common interest.
