The Director General of the National Health Insurance Fund, Dr. Farouk Nour Al-Daem, recently made an impactful statement highlighting the triumph of health insurance in overcoming challenges, specifically citing the successful restoration of services in over 900 outlets across all states. He also shared news about the commencement of implementing additional services and the strategic quadripartite institution plan for 2025-2028, demonstrating a commitment to progress despite the ongoing challenges posed by the war.

Dr. Nour Al-Daem emphasized the Fund’s role in supporting state institutions through service restoration and strategic planning, with the upcoming forty-seventh edition of the Forum of Directors of Health Insurance Branches serving as a tangible testament to the sector’s recovery.

Scheduled to commence next Saturday in Kassala under the theme “Response, Recovery, Development,” the forum will delve into critical discussions surrounding the Fund’s 2024 performance report, as well as deliberations on the 2025 plan and budget, symbolizing a collective effort towards healthcare advancement and resilience.
