The Council of Ministers congratulates the Hawks for qualifying for the 2025 African Nations Cup finals

Minister of Cabinet Affairs, acting Prime Minister, Osman Hussein Osman, and the members of the Council of Ministers congratulated the national football team for qualifying for the 2025 African Nations Cup finals in Morocco after a goalless draw with the Angolan national team in the match held at Benin Stadium.

His Excellency praised the distinguished performance of the national team during the African Nations qualifiers, which culminated in qualification despite the war conditions, referring in this regard to the efforts of the Sudanese Football Federation and those in charge of the team, wishing the national team success in qualifying for the 2026 World Cup.

stressing that the armed forces will achieve victory on all fronts and the joy of the Sudanese people will be complete.
