Fellowship between nostalgia for the past and the consequences of the present

My dear readers, good morning and may you be happy wherever you are,
I talked to you last time about friendship and how it is one of the strongest bonds and the most solid connections, and this time we delve into some talk about fellowship and whether there is a sacred fellowship as it is a common term among many colleagues, especially military ones,
Fellowship between nostalgia for the past and the good old days and the consequences of the present in the age of globalization and technology, so my message this time is dedicated to the employees on earth, the workers and the toilers wherever they are, whether they are in the civil or military service, as they perform their sacred duty in loyalty to the homeland and service to the people, so to you from me the most beautiful, noble, sweetest and most sincere greetings as you return to your tracks after spending a hard day working for a lawful livelihood, and some of you are dedicated in the heat and the scorching sun even though it is your duty towards the homeland and in order to serve this noble people, you embody the words of the poet :
And for the homelands, in the blood of every free man, a hand has been given and a debt is due.
This is what your inner voice says:
Our ancestors long ago protected the homeland.
On the precious soil, the financial price is a price.
My dear workers and employees in God’s vast earth, we often hear some phrases that call for the glorification of fellowship and its support, which come from the heart’s forgiveness and purity of soul and with all ease, such as these phrases (Oh boss), (Oh batch), (Oh colleague), (Oh your happiness). These phrases that some may think are nothing but breaking the ice!! We do not think that it is so as much as it is respect and appreciation for the oldest and the foremost, as in my opinion when some were still in the halls of study and the classrooms, the oldest were in service and this has its respect and appreciation, as the oldest and the foremost are as much as they are leaders and officials as they are fathers and older brothers and venerable teachers, springs of experience and knowledge, each in his field. Therefore, mutual respect between the leader and the subordinate has a great impact on running the wheel of work, as you, dear reader, whether you are an employee or a worker, have duties that you must fulfill and work to accomplish with all sincerity to obtain your rights in return for the accomplishment of duties. We must also fear God first and monitor our consciences before we monitor our leaders, not as they say (working on supervision).
Work colleagues, civilians and military, doctors, engineers, farmers and craftsmen, and with different methods of work and professions,
May God spare our country the evil of trials and longing for you all without discrimination wherever you are. An invitation to the fellowship that Her companion is brotherhood and love mixed with good manners and good company. For every newcomer, estimate your footing before stepping into her place. As for you, my dear rising force, remember that if she had lasted for someone else, she would not have come to you. So fear God in her and treat her with her due respect, and you will sleep with a pure eye and enjoy her.
